Quran is an Arabic language but many scholars have translated it in English for those who can't understand Arabic language. There also available the detailed description of the Quran as it was collected in a fragments from the companions of Muhammad so for those who can't understand Arabic it is bit difficult to conclude the exact what is Allah mean to say.
