Basically there are four kinds of expectation.

Parents or guardian expectations: Most of the guardians expect their children that they always getting good marks in their class and become successful in their life. It is the responsibility of guardians that they appreciate their children in every success.

Boss or supervisor expectations:  Boss expects that their employees should be hardworking, honest and achieve their goal with in the time.

Important person expectation.  Expect to person which is important in your life. Like your employees, family members and friends.

Personal expectations: your personal expectation should be positive, optimistic and believe on yourself.
