Injeer ka Halwa

Ingredient
Injeer                                        200 gram
Gae (oil)                                   3 tablespoon
Baa’dam                                   half cup
Milk powder                            1 ½ cup
Sugar                                       4 tablespoon
Ilachai powder                          ¼ teaspoon
Water                                       half cup

Procedure
Sab sey phelay baa’dam bhigo kar in ka chilka utharkar grinder mein pees lain. Aik patili mein pani garam karain. Aur 3 to 5 minutes tak injeer ko iss pani mein pukaian takay woh naram hojain, phir injeer nikal kar pees lain. Ail pan mein gae garam karian aur iss mein peesay huwaye baa’dam shamil kar kay darmiyani aanch par tareban 2 minutes pukaye. Iss kay baad iss mein peesay huwaye injeer, milk powder aur sugar kay sath adah cup pani dalain aur dair pukayain keh sugar gul jaye. Iss saray amal kay duran chamcha muslsul chalati rahain. Phir iss mein illachai powder shaamil kardain. Injeer ka halwa thanda kar kay khanay kay liyeh paish karain.

Banana Flip

Ingredient
Banana                                  6
Biscuits (small pieces)            1 packet
 Sugar                                    half Cup (grind)
Condense Milk                      1 tin
Cream                                   2 packets

Procedure
Banana ko cheel kar baareek baareek slice kar lain. Phir aik bowl mein cream nikal issay taqreeban dus minutes tak khoob achi trah mix karay aur iss mein sugar bhi shaamil kardain. Aik dish mein phelay banana ki teh lagaian aur iss kay opper biscuits condense milk ki teh lagaey, iss kay baad cream shaamil kardain. Yeh amal dobara dhuraye. Akhair mein sab sey opper cream ki teh lagaian aur khoob thanda kar kay banana flip ka lutuf uthaye.

Chocolate Moss
Ingredient
Milk                                     1 ½ cup
Cream                                  2 to 3 tablespoon
Coco powder                       3 table spoon
Corn flour                             1 tablespoon
Sugar                                    1 ½-table spoon

Procedure
Aik patili mein dhood garam kar kay coco powder milaye. Phir iss mein sugar aur cream dalaina ur khoob achi trah mila kar 2 minute kay liyeh pukaye. Aik payalay mein thoray pani kay sath corn flour ghulain aur aista aista dhood mein shaamil karain. Iss duraan chamcha chalati rahain. Jab yeh aamaiza ghara honay lagay tuo chola band kardain. Chocolate moss ko tthanda karlain aur ice cream glass ya piyalay mein nikal kar cream sey saja dain.
